The process of buying is easy, much like shopping in a standard eCommerce webshop, bar a health history questionnaire which isn't too intrusive, it's very much just another online shop. It's well designed and easy to navigate, with tests well placed in appropriate categories based on your typical healthcare concerns.

But LetsGetChecked does boast a more advanced technical offering with in-app results, sync to wearable techs like Fitbit and access to a range of aftercare services like prescription medication and telehealth.

Test kits

The tests were delivered promptly and were quite easy to take, we trialed both a blood-based testing kit and a saliva-based testing panel. Naturally, the saliva test was a lot easier to take than the blood test, but after reading the details of the sample collection process a couple of times, we got our blood sample correctly and sent the tests back for analysis. The test kit was discreet and well packaged with everything we needed in the box, with some spare equipment for the blood test, which highlights a potential need to retest in some cases.

A results notification was messaged within the suggested 2-5 days by email and on our phone text messaging service, indicating that our results were available in our account. In both tests our results came back quickly with expected levels of what was expected from the test, showing no areas of concern. So we did not need to speak to a healthcare worker even though this is offered for abnormal results.
